Good Morning, Linda: You have my most sincere thanks for sharing the information you found on my Payne family connections from the Dade/DeKalb stateline communities. Since this most recent flurry of activity has surfaced on the Dade Message Board, perhaps I should also renew my interests over in the DeKalb Message Board, as well. Is it better to send my query for that locale to the Rootsweb site for DeKalb Co, or to the GenWeb site? Which is the most active at this time? If you have any extended connections to any of this Payne line, from which you have shared the data, please extend my appreciation to anyone else who might be able to share from their own collection. I will be working harder now on this family--now that I have identified the descendants of two of the siblings--to try and complete my findings so that it can be shared with any who have interest in this line. Perhaps the ones we need to locate are living far away from this family's origin. Do you know if I would be wise to investigate any interest from the Chadwick side of this family?
