He moved from Ga. to Tx & is burried in Blanket TX. I've looked through many of the postings about the Cartwright line, as well as the web site. You seem to have done a lot of research on your family & best I can tell, your gggg grandmother was my gg grandfather's sister. I too had been told as a child that the Cartwright line had a Cherokee ancestor. ???Maybe your ggggg or gggggg granmother? Any thoughts?-- Thanks
