Earleene, no the book isn't ready yet... hoping and praying it won't be too terrible much longer. The birth and death certificates are in the Probate office of Justice Building, courthouse annex. However, they do not have any before 1927 on death certificate. I'm not sure about birth certificate although I know there will not be any before 1919.
