Hi Eve, In "Wills of Crawford Co., GA," by Sunnie Wilder and Wm. R. Henry, I found the following Will abstract which mentions Samuel B. Burnett: Absela/Apselia Morris: 8 May 1846; 3 Aug 1868, Book A, p.77 She directed her body be interred in the family burial ground on the lot on which she lived. Her daughter Patience Burnett to have and receive Abram, a negro man, Amy a woman, 100 acres of land in Lot 7, 3rd Dist., originally Houston, now Crawford Co., lying between the 50 acres of said lot owned by Arthur F. Walker and 50 acres on south side of same lot upon which her buildings now stand and which are not to be conveyed with the 100 acres. Daughter Patience to also receive one bed, bedsted & furniture and the loom. She gasve unto Michael W. Rabun a negro named Ned, one bed, bedstead and furniture. She directed that Charlott a negro be sold and proceeds equally divided among the children of William W. Rabun deceased to wit: Rebecca Martha, Miram, Abbie Charlott and George P. To granddaughter Martha Stembridge and heirs of her body, her little negro child the daughter of Charlott Narcissa, and to her granddaughter Mary Hancock and heirs of her body, the negro child Eliza and to Nancy Ogburn $20 in cash. To Benjamin G. Burnett one bed and furniture. All of her estate both real and personal not given and bequested to be sold at public sale and proceeds divided euqlly among her grandchildren, those Samuel B. Burnett begotten upon the body of her daughter Patience Burniett and those William W. Raburn deceased except Michael W. Raburn who has been provided for and the children of George Brimberry deceased.
