I'm looking for and Desc. information for a Batty Harwell MITCHELL of coweta county GA. He was born in VA 1800 and married to Susan Winnette BARNES in Walton county GA. He died in Newnan, coweta county Dec 21 1879. Their children were: John W. b. abt 1832; Martha A. b. abt 1835; William A. b. 1839 Newnan and was also Superior Court Clerk and Mason like his father m. 1.)Niah Brown 2.) Susan Allen; Frances A. b. abt 1842; Eliza Emily b. abt 1844 m. J. G. Shannon; Glen R. b. abt 1846; and Mary D. b. abt 1847. These offspring names may very as I have seen in a familytreemaker CD outline. Batty was a MASON for the coweta lodge (on Greenville St. Newnan) serving six times as Master and once as secretary.
