    3. If you live close to a branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints (Mormans) Library they have filmed county records. These can be ordered to view on microfilm. Redbook says Cowetta Co. land records begin in 1827 so would assume this covers Warranty Deeds and Mortgages, which began same time as Deeds.
