Sue Marsh and Michelle Simmons Louis: I noticed, Sue, that you had Moore as a surname. I, too, have Moore. Michelle, one of my Moores is Benjamin. Do you have anything on a Benjamin Moore? He died after 1859. He was married to a Jane Ann Elizabeth Elkins. I don't know when she died. Their son Samuel David Moore was born in Appling and later moved to Alabama. Sue, if any of this sounds familiar, please contact me. Michelle, if you can find a Benjamin Moore, please let me know. I have almost nothing on him. His fatrher may have also been named Benjamin, so if you have any earlier burials for a Benjamin, let me know that, too. I, too do lookups for people. At the present I am doing obits for Jefferson County, Alabama. Mary E. Davis marydavis@peoplepc..com
