    2. We need more people like you, thanks so much for responding. I will try what you suggested. I know that Jefferson County has copies of old newspaper at the courthouse, but does not have anyone to help you get them down, they are on the very top of their file cabinets. I don't climb ladders, at least not over 4 or 5 feet high. It is a shame that things are not taken better care of. Thanks again, Vivian

    3. You're welcome, Vivian - glad to help. You've seen those court houses that try to be helpful by putting their upper shelf items, like heavy ledger books, on rollers. I'm not very tall and I brought one down on my head, once ... actually threw my neck out ... and made me a bit shorter!
