    3. Gene Walton, BASIL NEAL was appointed guardian of JAMES, BASIL and RICHARD NEAL minors of JOHN B. NEAL. A guardian's bond in the amount of $800 insuring the proper performance of his duty was posted in Columbia Co,, GA 7 May 1821. Sureties for the bond were BASIL NEAL, WATERS BRISCOE and LEWIS L. MOON.
