There is an old Crawford Family Cemetery that is located on the property of some of my family and there is a (I believe) Thomas E. Benning that is buried there. He was a Confederate soldier and I think that he was married to a Sarah Crawford. I am pulling from memory here as it has been a while since I checked any of this.
