Hello Colquitt County Lister's: This is my first time on this list. I am looking for anyone that might be engaged with TURNER researching. I know there were several families of Turner's in Colquitt Co GA. My line is from John Thomas TURNER b 11 Nov 1862 Sumter Co GA d 4 Aug 1937 burial at Turner Family Cemetery Colquitt Co GA. He was married to Ida COOK. They had thirteen children. The family was and is associated with Dona Turner Road, the Smith's of Doerun, and Cook's of the County and various other families. I am mainly interested in how the different Turner families in Colquitt Co are related, if known. I would appreciate any information or suggestions. I have lots of TURNER information on my direct lines and of course happy to share.
