    3. If I'm not mistaken, from a census I saw of Coffee Co., and do not have in the computer, Linnie is the sis. of my husbands grandfather, John G. Grantham, who is s/o Nathan. My husband never saw any of his grandfathers siblings after he was old enough to remember. I think it was in the Metts Book that I saw a list of these children and they all died young or young adults, except for John G. That's when I told my husband the reason he never saw any of then but his grandfather. I know this is sketchy from my memory but I think I am correct.I won't have time tomorrow to find that info but will try Wed. The names are written on the photo as Willie Youngblood, Linnie Grantham, and Uncle Dave. The picture was contributed by Walt Kirkland, son of Dave Kirkland. > > The picture can be viewed at: > http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Prairie/5941/daveandfriends.html > > Any information on these two people would be appreciated. > I am also in the process of putting up some pictures that Denah Kirkland Skipper has contributed and there is one of a young woman sitting alone. At first, Denah believed that the photo was of her great grandmother Linnie MILLER KIRKLAND, now it may be believed that the photo is of a little bit older Linnie Grantham. Denah has several photos that she has contributed and would like to eventually identify everyone in all of her photos. I, too have a few, that I don't have names to and I will be putting these up as soon as I can. > > Please let us know if you can help with any of these old photos! Also if you have any old photos that you would like to contribute to either the Coffee or the Atkinson County GaGenWeb sites, please let either Karen or my self know. We will be glad to post them. If you can include a short of bio of the person or person in the pictures, that would be wonderful! > > Karen can be reached at: > > bordeaux@surfsouth.com > and my address is : > mmccook@bellsouth.net > > If you send the photos as .jpg files, that would be the easiest format for us to post them. > > I have several photos to add to the collection, but it is slow going.
