I'd like to take a moment and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I will be leaving Metro Atlanta Christmas Day (evening) to visit family in Coffee County and will be there all week. Due to the weather that we've been having here, my phone lines are not working. Bell South has promised to get it fixed before Wednesday. Since I have to work tomorrow, I will be checking my e-mail here at work and then in Coffee County, I'll be using Mom's computer. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions or comments. My address mmccook@bellsouth.net is still working. for those of you that have requested the Tanner or Solomon articles, I promise that I will get them in the mail while I'm down in Douglas. I hope to be able to spend some time at the courthouse and the library and Family History Center while there and I'll take your requests with me as always. Please have a great time this holiday and make it a great memory to keep. Thank you all for your support and help this past year. I hope we can make the new year an even better one for all of us. May all your "brick walls" come tumbling down!! May you find that elusive ancestor that you've spent years searching for, and may all your genealogy puzzle pieces come together!! Take care, Melody
