She married Warren Green Tanner, born Jan. 22, 1854, son of Mitchell Tanner and Susan L. "Susie" Nettles. Their children: Mary Jane, Elijah "Lige," John Wesley, Vinnie Elizabeth, Carlos "Doc," Ivy, Edward D., Mitchell Maxwell, Lyman Dewey "Shine," and Susie Priscilla.
