Hi Melody, Manning Spivey and Lillie Kirkland are my father's parents.Lillie is the daughter of Joshua Jr.Lillie is Mary's half sister.Mary had my Dad's older brother and sister,then she passed away.I have never heard what happened to her,but when Mary passed away,Manning married her half sister,Lillie(my dad's mother)I think I have found my grandmother's mother's name.I think it is Sarah Elizabeth Spikes.Like I said Joshua never married this woman.If you get a chance to look would you see if you can find this name in any of your Huxford books.Just when you get time.I've not known in all these years so I can wait a while. Melody,you must not have seen my OOPS!entry.I am doing genealogy on the Spivey's and the Kirklands at the same time so I messed up on the name.Edmund Sr.is a Spivey.Sorry to confuse you.We are from the same line of Kirklands.
