Sandra, You can obtain a death certificate from the Coffee County Health Department. I believe this is correct. Karen may be able to tell you more and give you the address. The cost is : Death $10.00 (issued since Jan 1919) You can also obtain it from the State Vital Records in Atlanta, but I happen to know (from doing newborn birth certificates at the local hospital here) that they are moving and changing both their address and phone number.
