I am a descendant of John Godwin Solomon, He married Sarah Ann Royal jan 16 1873 They had Fannie in Oct of that year and Sarah Jane in 1877, both born in Georgia, After they went to Texas they had William (my grandfather) in 1879, then Lillie, John A., Elizabeth, and James. Sarah Ann had a baby on Oct 26, 1886 and both she and the baby died the same day. After he returned to Georgia he married Judith, (Sarah Ann's sister)December 9, 1888. They had Mollie in 1889 an infant in 1890 that died and then another that died , then Jesse, David"Shaver", Henry, and Pearlie.
