Hello, I checked in both books for the Surname Seabolt.There were no Seabolts in the older book which covers 1690-1760,there were Seays and some Sears. In the later supplement book 1760-1800 there weren't any Seabolts in the Lincoln Co. wills.About Ashe co.,it is mentioned in the introductory page as being formed in late 1799, but there was no listing of wills for that county in the book.Could Ashe Co. have been annexed or absorbed by another county?
