TROWELL DIES SATURDAY AT BROXTON Mrs. J. E. Trowell, age 49, died at her home near Broxton Saturday night and was buried Sunday afternoon at five-thirty at Reedy Branch cemetery, with the Rev. C. T. Underwood officiating, and the Tanner-Poindexter in charge. She is survived by her husband and the following children and step-children: two sons, Woodrow and Quitman Trowell of Broxton; two daughters, Ivella and Eva Mae Trowell of Broxton; four step-sons, Oliver Trowell of Denton, Leonard Trowell of Florida, Milton and Albert Trowell of Broxton; five step-daughters, Mrs. Lester Day, Mrs. John Lott, Mrs. J. H. English, Mrs. Robert Harrell of Broxton, Mrs. Jesse Chaney of Douglas. She was the sister of Sam Todd of Ft. Pierce, Otho and Willie Todd of Broxton, Ed Todd of Douglas, and Mrs. Isaac Corbett of Broxton. She was a half-sister of Mrs. J. W. Carver and Miss Thelma Todd, and a step-daughter of Mrs. E. M.
