This is my Marion Kirkland and to see his parents name there, I can't hardly contain myself, I am so excited. I have been looking for this info for years and was about to give up. Marceline died when my Mother was very young and my grandfather remarried. I had about given up on Marceline and had started tracing the third wife of my grandfather, Rowena Boone. Marceline Kirkland was my grandfather, W.A. Waters second wife. and she was the mother of all the childern he had. I really don't have the full info of all the childern. The first child, Lela died at age 18, and I am working on Albert Waters that live in Douglas and died there, Marion and Hattie I only know they died young. Mamma was 86 when she died in 1973 and Mattie married a cousin Author Boone and died in 1926. All but Albert lived in Madison or Hamilton County, Fl. This is a scatch of the family and anything you can add will be appreciated more than I can ever tell you. It seems that Hinton was a nick name Marion used. That is why I had so much trouble finding him. Do you have any more info on Clayton Kirkland and Nancy Peoples-----like who were their parents? Greenville is part of Madison County but I didn't think about them being there. The Waters own land between Lee and Madison, the other way (east) and Greenville is West of Madison, which is the county seat. Thanks again Always Clydie
