I am looking for Isaiah (Isiah) Thomas, b.abt. 1816, perhaps in Coffee County. He and Nancy White(b.7/20/1818, Ware Co.), had a child Cassie, b.5/5/1839. It is rumored Isaiah went to Fl. for a time, and when he returned they were married and had other children. Cassie is the Mother of William (Dick) White, 08/28/1869 to 06/07/1944, my grandfather.I have had no luck in finding out what Thomas family Isaiah belonged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
