Do you mean Billy Rowe, son of Richard Washington Rowe and Nina Pearl Howard and also, do you mean Willacooche instead of Coochee? Richard was married to Ellen Griner and Fannie Harper, also. This Billy in my files was married twice but not to Kathlene Rowland, unless he married a third time. Anyway, this is my husbands family. Let me hear from you. Need dates.
