I have that Robert Green Tanner b abt 1810 and died 1862 in Coffee County, GA who m Elmira Hall had a child, Delilah Tanner b 1835. She married Mose Kirkland, Jr., son of Moses Kirkaland and Margaret Peggy (Thigpen) Carter. I also have that Moses Jr also married Lydia Tanner, dau of Berry Hampton Tanner and Eliza Taylor. And I have his third wife as Lucy Pikren, dau of Elijah Pikren born 1816 and Catherine Girtman. This Elijah had another child, Susannah who married a Wilcox and they had child Winnie Wilcox who married Harrison Kirkland, son of Zenus William Kirkland and Penelope "Penny" Gaskins. Robert Green Tanner b 1810 also had a child Green Tanner b 1847 who married Mary. Don't know anything else about him. But see below the inf I have for the Green Tanner married into my husband's line. He is also born 1847. Are my lines mixed up here? The Green Tanner that I am interestd in is the one born abt 1847, son of Gray Tanner and Christina Roberts. This Green Tanner married Elizabeth Kemp and had a child, Laura Elizabeth Tanner b Dec 30, 1882 and married John Richard Rowe. Laura was supposed to have a brother, Green Tanner born 1888 and died 1976 and is buried at Kirkland Cemetery, Coffee Co., GA but really don't know anything else about him, since I mostly keep on the Rowe line.
