I was just in salt Lake at the genealogy library and I just ran across this family and the massacre. I was working out of two books. One was History of Irwin County by J.B. Clements and the other was "Genealogical Material from Legal Notices in Early Georgia Newspapers" abstracted by Judge Folks Huxford. I am almost positive that i saw this in both books.
