She was born 31 October 1878 in Coffee County, Georgia and died 06 Jun 1944 in Stuart, Florida. She married James E. Sutton who was born in Sept 1869 in Georgia. Her death certificate lists her father as Vickers (no first name listed and place of birth unknown), and mother as Polly Yown, Yawn or Yawns, birthplace Berrien County, Georgia. Any information that anyone has regarding Polly Vickers or Polly Yown/Yawn/Yawns would be appreciated. I have also posted to the Berrien County, Yawn and Vickers message boards.
