I thought you were saying Beulah was J.C.'s mother. You meant that Beaulah is your mother. Yes, I have the Manning Willard Tanner and Linnie Spell family identified, including your mother (b 1924 according to the 1930 Census). Manning and Linnie were married in 1920 and had at least 8 children. Manning had at least 8 children by his 1st wife, Nora P. Tanner. However, I do not have anything on J.C. Tanner other what you already know. He does not show up in the SSDI, so he probably hasn't died, unless it was very recently. Sorry, I can't be of more help.
