    3. My great Aunt Daisy was married to Will Manning Tanner (b. 5 Feb 1875) . I always suspected that he was the son of Warren Manning Tanner and Zilphia Jane Ellis. Do any of you Tanner researcher have Warren Manning Tanner and a list of his children? Also I suspect that my step-father who had Tanner relations is connected to the same family. Here what little I have on them. Descendants of David Herman Tanner Generation No. 1 1. David Herman1 Tanner He married Harriet Cambell. Children of David Tanner and Harriet Cambell are: + 2 i. David U2 Tanner, born 1869; died 1941. + 3 ii. John Ben "Moss" Tanner, born 1874; died 1932. Generation No. 2 2. David U2 Tanner (David Herman1) was born 1869, and died 1941. He married (1) Katie Pringle 11 October 1891 in Duval County, Florida. She was born 1874 in Nassau County, Florida, and died 1929. He married (2) Elizabeth ??? Abt. 1930. David and Katie are buried at Brandy Branch Cemetery, Nassau County, Florida. Children of David Tanner and Katie Pringle are: 4 i. He married Florence Reed 20 August 1928 in Baker County, Florida. 10 vii. Louell Tanner, born 1906; died 30 January 1985. He married Hazel Bennett. Louell is buried in Raiford, Union County, Florida. 11 viii. Mamie Tanner, born 14 July 1908; died 11 April 1976. She married Freddie Clark. 12 ix. Daisy Tanner, born 16 September 1910. She married Kenneth Thompson. 13 x. Malekiah Tanner, born 1912. 3. John Ben "Moss"2 Tanner (David Herman1) was born 1874, and died 1932. He married Idella L Pringle 23 March 1896 in Baker County, Florida. She was born 1875 in Nassau County, Florida, and died 5 May 1970 in Duval County, Florida. "Moss" was sheriff of Polk and Orange Counties in Florida. He was also a Policeman in Duval County, Florida in 1903. He his buried in Brandy Branch Cemetery, Nassau County, Florida. "Della" is also buried in Brandy Branch Cemetery. Children of John Tanner and Idella Pringle are: 14 i. Lacy3 Tanner, born Bef. 1902; died Abt. 1962 in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. He married Lilla Gertrude Rashdolph. Lacy is buried at Brandy Branch Cemetery, Nassau County, Florida. 15 ii. Lettie Tanner, born 11 December 1902; died 14 January 1984. 16 iii. Lennie Tanner, born Aft. 1902. She married ??? Gardner.
