And I show 7 children, however the piece below say they only had five. He moved with his family to the part of Ware County that became Coffee County, and first married Charlotte "Hollan" Gaskins, with whom he had five children. After her death about 1852, Mark married Rhoda Davis in 1854. There Mark served as a Justice of the First Inferior Court of the newly-created Coffee County from 1854 until 1861. Mark and Rhoda had five children together before Mark's death in 1863. Mark's widow, Rhoda, subsequently married Reuben Perry Floyd before 1865, with whom she had additional children.
