Ruby: Buford was married to my mother (Bertie Lee Graham) at the time he went missing. After he was offically declared dead she eventually married my father and a few years later I was born. She often took me to see Buford's parents and his family and I called them "Grandma" and "Grandpa" even though they were not my grandparents. By the way Burford's mother's name was Valentine (pronounced "Valteen" by the family), not Rudine. I also wrote to Mr. Davis to see what I could do to help.
