Matthew DURHAM was listed with his grandfather Godwin Solomon in the 1880 Gillespie Co, TX census. After that I have no information on what happened to him. Did he return to GA? His mother Victoria SOLOMON (d/o Godwin & Mary Jane Roberts Solomon) married 2nd Jacob James MCCLELLAND...thus Matthew DURHAM would have been a half brother to Mary Jane McClelland (who married Joe Story, 1890); and Sarah Ann McClelland who married Jesse MCKINNON, 1895; and Elias Roan McClelland who married Mary Magdeline Solomon; and Minnie Lee McClelland who married Elias WILLIAMS, 1895; and James Jacob McClelland who married Christiann ANDERSON, 1901. Would love to learn what happened to David Matthew DURHAM!
