Joshua Jr.Kirkland and Hester Clesta Lott's children were Minnie,Linnie,Mary and Seward.Joshua Jr.was not married to my grandmother's mother.She was Sarah Elizabeth Spikes.She had Lillie,Penny and Benjamin Joshua Kirkland(Ben),(Ben Josh).These children were born to this lady when Hester Clesta was sent to a home because her mind went bad.I think she was in this home until she passed away.The story is,she was never able to return home.
