    2. Luan, I am not related to any of these people but I did enjoy reading the piece you typed and I just want to say thanks for sharing the info. We have family living in these times and may have been neighbors. Lots of families back in those days had lots of childern, but I am aftaid Mr Byrd must have been in competation with a Mr Green that had, I think, 21 childern. I came from a family of 10 childern and we are all as happy as if we had good sense. (joke). Thanks again Always Clydie

I was just trying to help whoever on-line might need that information as I have both the Jeff Davis county books and the cemetery book and I am willing to do look ups as time permits. I don't know of anyway to contact Sue other than possibly through the Jeff Davis Historical Society or the Chamber of Commerce. Best of luck to all of you in your continued research! Lettie Mae Ruis, 3 April 1932 in Coffee Co. She was the d/o Alfred Wilson and Minnola Margaret Taylor/Thomas Ruis is still living. They had 3 sons. Also, does anyone have any info on Annie Surrancy? 3. Who are the parents of Delilah Burkett who married Rev. William Green Tanner? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Guess I had TANNER on the brain. Sorry about that, Clyde. I know it should have been TAYLOR. ~~~~~~~~~ I thought she was a sister of Bartillery. Am I wrong? Do you have ny info on her (dates and such) ~~~~~~~~~~ To tell you the truth, I had not thought about Delilah being a sister of Bartillery. It makes sense. Bartillery had married a sister of William, so William could have married a sister of Bartillery. I wish Huxford had elaborated a little more, or else wrote up a sketch on William Green and his wives. Is there anything in the family files at the Huxford Library? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I haven't been and thought to check that but it is a good idea. Joyce

Anyone ever heard of this cemetery? Melody
