I am trying to locate any families that might be related to my gggrandfather Harris (Harrison) Kay. Harrison is listed in the Cobb. Co. Ga 1850 census as Harrison Bay with his wife Sarah Dunn dau of William Dunn of the Merrietta area. Infact his house still stands today. Harris and Sarah had 2 little boys at that time.. my ggrand father William James b:1847 and his brother John Thomas b:1849. Harris and Sarah lived among the Dunn's but I find no Kay families any where in that area and I can find no connection to any Kay families that were living in ajoining counties of Cass / Bartow and Gordon Co's. It is a mystery to me as to what Kay family he belongs to.. if there is anyone out there who might have a clue to any Kay families or branches of a Kay family that lived in Cobb Co. please let me hear from you...
