In the 1870 Cobb Co census, I see that my great-grandfather, James Paul Hood, was listed as a chairmaker at a furniture-making firm in Marietta. Can anyone tell me about this firm or give me a source to look up the inf?. I noticed throughout this census, there were many Cobb Co people working in the same industry. Many thanks!
