I am interested in any information regarding the Combs family. My g-g-g-grandparents, Phillip and Susanah Combs, appear on the Cobb County Census of 1850 in the Powder Springs District with their children, Bengamin, Mark, John, Eliza B., and Thomas J. Also in the household are Nancy Clay and Mary Clay. Furthermore, in the Marietta District can be found Francis H. Combs and Virginia, Alla, and Mary C. Combs in the household of Mildred Waterman. I believe that some of these people or their relatives may be buried in either the Clay family cemetery or the Combee family cemetery (both in Volume I). Would someone be so kind as to check for me?
