If the information is readily available, I would appreciate a marriage record search on the following Cobb Co. residents: Nancy Harris, b abt 1827 (believe she may have married John Clarke Teakell) Jane/Janet Harris, b 1831 Jefferson Harris, b 1833 Lydia Harris, b 1835 James Harris, b 1836 Rebecca Harris , b 1838 Benton Harris, b 1840 Georgia Anne Harris, b 1842 Arminada Harris, b 1844 This family lived with another brother, Hilliard, b 1828, and mother Phebe, in Sumter Co., GA in 1850, and later moved to Cobb Co., AR. Descendants of Hilliard Harris were required to sign papers in the 1940's to clear up some sticky land deal in Atlanta. Guess that is one to know where they came from!!
