He married Ella b Jan 1872 and had Emma Jane 19 Aug 1892 GA, Albert Fenton Haney 1896 Marrietta GA, John Benjamin Hanney 1894 GA, Jessie L 1897 GA (female), Charles Ratliff Haney 1900 GA.....then moved to Chattanooga where they had Lois 1902 TN, Ruth 1904, Agnes B 20 Oct 1906 Chattanooga. Emma Jane married Charles Henry Smith 1912 in Soddy Daisey TN. Charles father died and his mother then married Ella, the widow of James Haney. The family may have moved to Gilmer Co GA briefly before moving to TN.
