I am searching for info on John Thomas Bryson and my gg grandmother Rebecca Jane Wilson Bryson. I finally tracked down marriage documents but the spelling was Brison. A simple mispelling of the last name can cause you much grief and lots of searching. I have tracked them back to SC and Georgia. Their is a sister listed for John Thomas and her name is Emaline. Mother is listed as Sarah.This is an unusual name and it might be a long shot. She was 1 year old in 1870. Don't know if the lines are related or not. Could be the neice or something of the Emaline you are searching for. Check the 1870 fed census for Humphreys Cty. TN. Good luck and would like to share info if you think there is any relation. Ann
