Lucy, I don't find a marriage record for Lillie in the Cobb Marriages book, nor do I find her listed in the Cobb Cemeteries books with the surname Ingram. The only thing I find at all re this family in Cobb County is the 1900 census for her brother's family, living at Acworth at the time. His mother, Mary, was shown as a member of his household, but her answer to the question of number of children was that she had only had one child and one still living. Perhaps she misunderstood the question, but her answer indicates that IF she had had a daughter named Lillie, she wasn't alive by the time of the 1900 census. Sorry I wasn't able to find anything to help you.
