I am also looking for information regarding the marriage of a John Mitchell to Harriet Caroline Tribble in ca 1861. I am specifically looking for the identity of John who died in the Civil War. In the 1850 Cobb Co. census - Harriet was 7 and living with her father - Joel B. Tribble and mother, Jane Tribble both born 1820.. Harriet was apparently the oldest child and subsequently had a sister, Sarah Jane and a brother, Joel L.
