I don't remember if I have written this list before regarding my Kay family or not but here goes. My gggrandfather was Harrison ( Harris) Kay b:1824-25 in Alabama he married Sarah Dunn of Cobb Co Ga. Daughter of William Dunn of Marietta, Ga. This family was listed in the 1850 Cobb Co. Census as Harris Bay with wife and 2 children John Thomas and William James 3 and 1 yrs old. They left Ga about 1856-57 with James K. Dunn her uncle to relocate in Columbia Co. Ga. I have had difficulty finding any Kay families in that area of Ga except one Kay family in Powder Springs at about the same time frame. Would anyone out there know anything about the Kay family from Powder Springs or any other Kay families that may have been in Cobb co. from 1825-57. I would really like to find someone who might know something of this family and maybe help me out here. Louise Kay Horton
