Terry is right. A death certificate should give you what you need to move past the hurdles. I noticed that there's an Alexander Copeland family living on the page following Mary and James Teague in 1900 Dekalb County, and I suspect a connection, simply because they lived so near. I would suspect also that Sarah was staying with her sister Mary to help take care of the new baby and that it was perhaps not a permanent situation. Who did Sarah Hannah marry? What were the names of her children?
