    3. Hi, I'm new to the list and have a question concerning 'Barrett Parkway', a road in/near Kennesaw. Was it named for a specific person - who? If so, is there any iformation about him? Was he a soldier in the Civil War? Thanks, Norma

    3. Ridgeway Road, where I grew up, was recently renamed Barrett Parkway for the late Cobb County Commission Chairman, Ernest W. Barrett, who died in 1984.
