The GA Death Index shows that a Frances A. Cobb died in Cobb County in 1919. From census records, it appears that she was not the one you need. She was a black female, wife of Elijah Cobb, and born in GA about 1839. Another Frances Cobb died in Cobb County in the 90s, but I can't determine the name of the husband of that one. What else do you know about this couple? Race? Approximate years of birth? When did they live in Cobb County? Where did they live when they died?
