Surnames: Jones, McAllister Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/hc.2ADE/731 Message Board Post: I'm am tring to locate any of my Jones and related families.My grandmother was Mrs.Irene Isabel McAllister Jones.She was buried in North Atlanta Memorial Park.Grandma Jones was married to Wally Flemin Jones,Sr. sometime between 1910 - 1915 in unknown location.They had several children.Wally and Irene had divorced on unknown date.I believe Wally remarried in Athens to a women named Louise ______ on April 19,1948.If i recall correctly she was listed as Mrs.Louise Thomas ? So,i have no idea of her maiden name and if they by any chance had any children together.I believe they may have had 1 daughter together or this daughter could maybe have been his step daughter.In his obituary it lists a daughter named Mrs.Leonard Taylor of Doraville.Wally's second wife had died before him sometime before Nov. 1966.and Wally died in Ohio after living there for 15 years acorrding to his obituary Nov. 1966.My grandpa Wally Flemin Jones was took to Madison county,Georgia for burial beside his ! parents.He was buried @ 15 days after his death. If any one has information or photos of them i'd love a copy e mailed to me at deborahgarrett966@msn.com or heb20@alltel.net . Also,Can anyone in the area please go by the North Atlanta Memorial Park Cemetery and take a photo of Irene Jones and her children's grave beside of her.They are buried in the Garden of Prayer section .I've never been able to go to visit her grave,so this would be the next best thing for me.
