    1. Cobb Co., GA, obit help
    2. Crabtree's
    3. My gg grandfather Nathan Lee died 1 May 1916 at the age of 91 in Mableton, Cobb Co., GA. I am trying to find his obituary. Does anyone know if Mableton had a newspaper then, if it might be on microfilm, and where that microfilm might be? Would there be another newspaper that might have his obit in it? According to Jack Nunn of the Cobb County Genealogical Society, the microfilm of the Marietta Daily Journal for that period is missing. Thanks for any help that you can give. Annie

    2. Do you find a John Bullard in Jackson County AL. His daughter Nancy Ann Bullard was the first of the children born in AL (1846) though I don't know where. She married A. B. (Ab/Abner/Absolum depending on source) Keith in Jackson Co on July 4, 1869. She and Ab are buried in Argo, Jefferson County, Alabama in the Central Baptist Cemetery. John is said to be son of Robert Bullard and first wife, Sethany/Cynthia Allen. Nancy is daughter of John's second wfie Sarah Goss (whom I would also love to find)

    2. William D. Burdine
    3. Trying to find information on my Burdines that settled in Cobb County early 1800's. Henry Burdin-maybe Burden, a son of Reginald Burdyne of Culpeper County, Va. and Samuel Burdin-maybe Burden, a son of Richard Burdine whose father was Samuel. Both Reginald and Samuel are sons of Richard and Catherine Tanner Burdyne of Culpeper County, Va. On land deeds I found Henry in 1832. Nothing after. On a census list I found him with a wife and daughters but no names given. On Samuel, I only know he lived in Cobb county. I found reference to a Thomas Burden ma. Sarah Barfield 8Feb1834 And Thomas J. m. Sallie E. Stripling 4 Jun 1869 William B. Burdine m. Frances Jones 31 Dec 1826 Thomas and William may be sons of Samuel, but I have had no luck in my search. Can anyone help me? Carol Ann
