    3. Hi Leon, Thank you for your offer; I would love to post a query. SUBJECT: Caleb CLARK/Mary MULLINS - 1840 Cobb Co., GA I would love to exchange information with anyone having knowledge of this couple, my gg-grandparents. Caleb was born 1794 in SC, and Mary Polly was born about 1804 in either KY or GA. He drew land in the 1832 Land Lottery and they moved from Hall Co., GA (where they were married in 1828) to Cobb Co. John MULLINS lived next door to them in both Hall Co. and Cobb Co. He was in the War of 1812, and might have had a brother or other close relative by the name of Alford CLARK who married Martha MULLINS and moved to Hancock Co., GA. They had several children born in Cobb Co. We don't know when they left because we can't find them on either the GA or the AL 1850 index, but they were in Randolph and Talladega Co., AL in the 1850's. I would love to share what I have with anyone having information on these folks. Please contact me by e-mail at [email protected], or 3624 Swan Court, Fort Worth, Texas 76117-3037.

    3. -----Original Message----- From: Marian Sue Byrd [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, August 10, 1999 8:10 PM To: [email protected] Subject: {not a subscriber} Cobb County Lookup I would appreciate it very much if someone would look in your Cobb County Cemetery Books and see if there is a burial for Hulet or Huliet Roach some time between 1840 and 1850. I would also like to know if there is a burial for Elizabeth Ann or Betsy Ann Roach after 1850. She was living in Roswell Township, Cobb County as a widow in the 1850 Georgia Census. I will be happy to pay up to a $25.00 fee for these lookups, but I have no use for purchasing the complete cemetery books and I live in Texas so would not get much use out of a membership in your society. Many thanks. Marian Sue Byrd [email protected]
