Phillip Allen married 1819 Clarke County, Georgia to Sarah Robinson b.c. 1790 Georgia d. after 1850 probable in Clarke County, Georgia. This was probably not his first marriage. Frances Mary Ann Allen m. James Crow in Clarke County, Georgia. They are living next door to Sarah Allen in the 1850 census of Clarke County, Georgia.
