Hi, I have a MOSES WILLIAM DOBBINS who married into my Smith line. He married Edith Smith daughter of John & Mary Polly Mapp Smith 12-22-1812 in Clarke Cnty. They moved later to Walton Cnty. Moses had a son named Moses W. who married a Sarah.
