As best as I can tell Rehobothville was on the Clarke/Morgan county lines in 1861. I found a great program at a site called the Gold Bug that sells a little program that has 300,000 little known sites on it, but also has an animated map of the 48 states and the progress of county formation since statehood. It is well worth the money.
